red dots on penis

hi, i have some tiny red dots on the tip of my penis, they are spread out and there are about 10 or so. they are only small and they are not like spots or nothing, they are just like small red dots. they only seem to appear after sex or masturbation and stay for like 3-5 days or so. i have been to the health clinic a few times before and i have been looked at and had blood test and they have always come back ok! but the dots are never present wheen i have been before!? would herpes show up in blood test or can they only tell from lookin at the. they dont hurt or itch or nothin. i once noticed that one looked like it was kinda peeling but that is the only time i have ever seen anything wierd about it. do u have any ideas what this could be?

iv got the same problem, little red dots on hte head on my penis, they nomaly show up after sex or masterbation, im too nervous to go to a doctor tho, any advise?

Whatever is causing the red spots, it isn't herpes.  Beyond that I can't say much.  See  a health care provider.  You could start with your local health department STD clinic.
