Although you did not ask it directly, I presume that part of your question is, could this red spot be herpes? The answer is, NO! Believe your lab tests, your ex-GF, and your doctor friend. It is far more likely to be due to the trauma of masturbation or, as an outside manifestation, whatever is causing you to experience hives. My advice is not to worry about it, that it will probably go away in a few days by itself and that you do not need testing of any sort to further evaluate it.
I hope this helps. EWH
"I have had dull pains too in my testicle and penis - mostly when i sit for a long time"
Nothing to worry about there. Its like when you sit on your leg for too long and it "goes to sleep", and like when you sit on your backside for too long and your backside goes numb. I suggest getting up and moving around and allowing some circulation to get back in to your nether regions.
What you describe does not sound anything like molluscum either. If you are concerned, go see a health care provider but do not worry about it being an STD - it is not. EWH
Hi doctor and thanks you so much for your encouraging words - i was reading about something called Molluscum Contagiosum, and i made me think, is something like this possible - i realise there are alot of paranoid people on this forum i dont want to take up anymore of your valuable time - but i have had from time to time blochy looking marks from time to time and like i said, probably just paranoia due the 5 doctors and no actual explanation in the last year. I have had dull pains too in my testicle and penis - mostly when i sit for a long time - i did call my x girl today and she assured me again that she has had 1 protected sexual encounter in the time we broke up a 6 months ago with a long time male friend and there is no issues with him what so ever, im just trying to make some sort of sense of the fact that i have a painful spot on my penis - and im sure the many possibilities of what could cause it - thank you so much for any comments.
