red marks

Hi I have had some pain on the tip of my penis for about a week it feels like it comes and goes and so on i havent seen any pimples,leisons,sores but today i see there ahas come up a red spot about 2-3mm on the tip of penis its not raised as bump only its red also i have had a small red bump on the side of the penis its about 1.5 or 2mm long for last 3-4 days  its not round shaped and it dont seem to have any pus in it only its red what do you thisnk these could be does it sound like herpes i also realised today i have 2 small pimples in my inner thighs they look the same although they are on both legs not too big and these dont seem to have any pus in them either?

It doesn't sound like herpes, but could be.  It could also be an infection in your urethra, like an std or urethritis.  The pimples could be herpes or just pimples.

You need to see your doctor as soon as possible - the longer you wait, the harder it is to diagnose herpes.
