red rash

About 3 weeks ago I got unprotected oral off a woman, and had protected sex.
A day later I had a burning sensation on my penis(not when urinating, just in general) and a red rash on my foreskin. I went and got tested for all std's 3 days later and got another swab test 10 days after, all negetive. The doctor gave me cream for bacteria infection and for yeast, still no fix. The burning has gone away but there is still redness. Im gonna get checked out after 6 weeks but would really love to know whats going on.
Thanks Bill

This is not STD realted, symptoms showed too soon and tests show it is not. Follow up with your Dr, probably fungial or something of that nature.
