red spots on scrotum

I recently was shaving my testicles with an eletric razor when i accidentally cut a small piece of my scrotum. it formed two blister looking things that i eventually thought would go away. it was 4 months and they still hadn't healed i went to the doctor and said they were blood blisters. then i popped the "blisters" and found the next day that their were 3 or 4 more tiny little bumps on my testes but much smaller than the 2 originas. they spred, i thought they might be warts but they do not look like any of the pictures of warts i looked up. they look like small blood blisters, and they can be popped similar to pimples and the blood inside comes out. But after i do that new tiny ones show up it has been 8 months and they are still around. how do i cure this... PLEASE HELP ME CURE THESE BUMPS!

I would have them checked out before trying anymore home things, like popping or whatever.

Do a search about blood blisters on the scrotum. They are normal.
