i recently had unprotected sex (iknow not a smart idea) and the next day i noticed multiple red spots on the tip of my penis? i have no idea if the girl had any STD(s) and myself i am sure i dont have any. i was just wondering, what could this be! im worried and think it could be herpes or syphilis. please help me out

You may need this checked out by a physician. No stds would cause symptoms the next day. It might be something else. But since you did have an unprotected encounter and did not know her status, you are at a risk, friend.
