redish bumps on the top of penis

i recently had sex with a condom. there was a slight burning sensation after and today (4 days later) i discovered a small cluster of orange/redish blister looking bumps on the tip of my penis. i was able to pop one of them, but am unsure of what to do. does this sound familiar?

It is unlikely to be herpes if you used a condom, but it might be herpes from another encounter.  It could also be a reaction to the condom or lube on the condom, or a fungal infection.  Don't pop anymore, and see your doctor.
