risks of receiving a *******

I am a 20 year old bi guy who just recently had my first experience with a man.  I previously have only been with women I know to be free of stds.  This past saturday I decided to meet with a man from an online camming website (stupid idea) who knew I had never done anything before with a guy.  He was very nice when I asked him about STD's and how to remain free of them and basically said to never trust anyone.  He assured me he was free of STD's because he gets tested every 6 months and has only been with 2 guys in the past 9 months (he said he broke up with his boyfriend 3-4 weeks ago and has only been with one guy since).  I believed him and allowed him to blow me without protection.  It lasted probably around 30 minutes if that long.  I also jacked him off (not to climax) and did get some of his precum on my hand.  After he left, I felt extremely scared and texted him to make sure he was std free.  He responded and said there was "nothing to worry about. 100% sure of it."

I am naturally, a very worrisome person and this is really killing me.  As soon as he left I took a long hot shower and used antibacterial soap and other soap for a long time on my body and penis.  This morning (monday--2 days later) I noticed a red circular unraised blotch on my shaft right under the head. It is not itchy or painful. It looks like something from masturbating to vigorously (which I have done and had before), but due to the fact of what I just did I am afraid it could be an STD.  I also think I feel a slight burning at the tip but its only there when i think about my fear and think it could be psychological... Its not there when i urinate.  What are your thoughts?  SHould I be worried that I caught something? Which STD's should I be concerned about? I only received and did not give.  I did not see any sores near his mouth or anything.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  I am going to Planned Parenthood tomorrow to have the red thing looked at.  Thanks in advance for your response.

Well oral sex is low risk, but you could get gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. Gonorrhea and NGU are the most common and would probably show symptoms within 1 week. I would advise that you do get checked out like you are planning, but it does not seem anything to worry about. If you want you can also get tested for gonorrhea just to ease your mind. Without any sores or anything on his mouth herpes and syphilis would be very low risk.

im sorry to ask another question, but could the sores have been in his mouth where i could not see them? we did not kiss or anything so I wouldnt have noticed that.  could you maybe respond to some of my other questions that i posed here? and comment on the details that transpired in my case.  I'd greatly appreciate it.

Herpes is normally on the outside, syphilis could be on the outside or inside.

I think I gave you a pretty good risk assestment. What other questions are you looking to be answered? I think if you read what I wrote again it will probably answer other questions for you. if not post the specific question and I will do my best to answer it.

Hi everyone. its been about 3 1/2 months since this has happened.  Recently (id say the past 3- 4 weeks) I've been experiencing diarrhea as well as enlarged lymph nodes in my neck (with no pain).  I also have been feeling reflux and lots of gas and burping. I also have noticed more bruises on me than normal, small little green ones that have me worried as well.  I have been very very very nervous and anxious the entire time since the incident back in June.  I am not sure if maybe I am causing myself to see these symptoms, but I am very scared to say the least.  Do you think its likely that these symptoms are HIV? I don't feel tired, or lethargic or have any pains.  I have an appointment for Wednesday to get tested but just want to ask everyone their opinion.
