semen and urine test for gonorrhea?

I performed oral sex on a man 3 months ago. After that i felt my throat uncomfortble, this has been existing for 3 month. I did all kinds of STD test except gonorrhea.
In the country I stay the gonorrhea test is based on the sample of semen(or any kind of discharge if possible) or urine. I guess if people get gonorrhea genitaly, will not infected oral parts, and vice versa. I dont have any symptom in genitaly, so i m wondering if the semen or urine test can be accurate enough to indicate wheather i have gonarrhea orally?
I know in the U.S the gonorrhea test is mostly done by oral swab, is oral swab used to test wheather people get gonorrhea genitaly? how does the test work if infection of genital part will not affact oral part?

Thank you. I m so wondering and waiting to get tested.

Thank you for the reply.
Do you mean the urine or seman test could not indicate whether i got gonorrhea orally?
In the US, oral swab for gonorrhea is to test whether people infected gonorrhea orally? Not for genital part?

An oral swab is a swab of your mouth/throat. If you had a test or urine or seman that would have nothing to do with your mouth.
