sharpness and heaviness on penis head

I recently had sex and used a condom. I felt something odd when i put it on, like a tightness. I now have a sharpness and heaviness on the head of my penis.  It is really bad when i sit down and not when i stand up. There is no burning or redness

Your symptoms don't sound like an STD.  Maybe anxiety-related?  Or irritation/allergy to lubricant or spermicide in the condom?  If the symptoms persist, or if redness, burning, or other visible abnormality appears, see a health care provider.
