should i test again

hi,i need some help because the last weeks i'm very anxious about hiv.i had vaginal sex with an african prostitute with unknown hiv status,the condom broke but i noticed it about 1 minute later and i stopped without finishing,i had an antibody test at 9 weeks and a 4th generation test at 10 weeks both negative.i think my skin is a little redish and i've some spots on my hands and legs,moreover i check every day my knots and i think i have 2-3 swollen at the nech

what's your opinion,should i have another test??

The chances of men getting HIV from women are a lot lower than the other way around, plus you were protected for most of it.

You also wouldn't have symptoms from HIV this soon.

Your test is probably about 95% accurate at this point.
