similar to jock itch but had for 2 years

i had unprotected sex about 2 years ago nd developed a rash that looks like jock itch on both sides of my inner thighes it did spread to my butt cheek around the bottom of it but then cleared up. now n then it will fade in colour and wont be as itchy but it has never fully cleared up please help i have no idea what it is

A rash can be for so many different things I would see a Dr for it.

Jock itch, staph, dermatitis, eczema, etc.  You need to see a doctor.
