slight tingle in the tip of my penis

had sex condom kind of came off... this was almost three weeks ago.. now i have had a slight tingle sensation.. every now and then.. no discharge no bumps but still very worried. please give advice

You should get tested. Tingles aren't all that alarming, but you should be tested to be sure.
