small, painless spots on penis.. I think it might be herpes

Okay, so about a month ago I made a very poor decision and had unprotected sex with a woman who could be described as promiscuous.  A few days went by and then I noticed what appeared to be some pink discoloration on the underside shaft of my penis, just below the head.  It was painless, it wasn't a blister, there was zero pain with urination.  But I also began to notice some other smaller pink spots forming, towards the base of my penis.

I'm in a third world country and decided to get on the net and do some diagnosing of my own.  I figured it was genital herpes and took Valtrex for five days.  The visible pink discoloration went away, but I don't think it healed completely.

Since this started I have abstained from sex but I have masturbated frequently and I am sure this didn't allow the sores to heal completely.  I realized something was wrong when the pink spot was visible again and stopped with the masturbation.

Here's what I've done in the last four days:  I began taking L-Lysine at 3000mg per day, I've been soaking my penis in hydrogen peroxide, and also applying a tea-tree oil and vitamin e mix.  I do this several times per day.  Within a day or two, the pink lesion started to heal and scab up.   So it appears whatever it is that I've got, and I assume it's herpes, is healing up.

But here's where I get worried...

When I finish soaking my penis in the peroxide solution, all these tell tale white bumps appear.  They're everywhere, on the shaft, a few on the head, all the way to the base of my penis.  When I don't soak in peroxide they are not visible at all, but when I do this it looks like my worst nightmare.  There must be 50 or so, like the smallest little white dots ever.  But also a rather large size lesion appears at the base of penis, just above the scrotum.

With the peroxide soak, these new dots and lesion become visible, but it seems as if they are healing.  The combination of this and the tea tree oil appear to be bringing them to the surface and then drying them out.

Does this seem like herpes to you?  It appears to be a very mild outbreak, completely painless and barely visible, but then when I do this peroxide soak, my worst nightmare appears before my eyes as it looks like my penis barely survived a suicide bomber.  Thoughts?

No because it was really quick to come on for herpes so I don't think it is that.

Fair enough, first thing tomorrow I'm going.  Any thoughts on what this could be, based on the description?

Stop self medicating and stop using everything else.
See a Dr., you could be causing more harm then good.
