small bumps under the skin of my glans(glands)

Hey there,
i have been curious to what this is, the glans (glands) of my penis is not smooth, the outer layer of skin is, but the glans (glands) is given a texture from bumps under the skin that show up when i am erect, any ideas to possible issue?? i am kinda concerned with the condition and not sure if it is a normal variant. i do have small Pearly Papules around the crown of my glans (glands)... could this be as normal a condition as these??? i would very much so appreciate any help with this

They might just be oil glands, or fordyce spots.

If you are concerned, get it checked by your doctor.
