small patch under penis

hi i recently found out that the skin under my penis near to my scortrum has a small dark patch on a fordyce spot. should i be worried?

the last time i had sex was 2 weeks ago and it was with protection and no oral sex.

i kinda ruled out herpies  or gonorrhea (suspected that from that patch) since i have no warts no any symptoms from gonorrea.

has anyone experienced this before? should i be worried? or it could be just some skin infection?
