small red dots?

So I gave my boyfriend head and a hand job the other day and he was complaining that I was being to rough. and even though he was very sore we haven't stopped having sex. well now these little red dots have appeared on the head of his penis. I was checked very recently and so was he. could this just be irritation from us being to rough or does this sound like it might be some kind of disease. Any kind of help would be much appreciated I'm very worried.
