small white drops on penis

I am having small white drops on the surface of penis, it is more visible after masturbating.
I remember one year back once i had unsafe sex with my maid servent and after having intercourse with her, i saw several small white drops on my penis. It is not paining and sometimes white drops are visible and sometime its less visible.

Please can u help me in finding the problem and its solution.

White drops of what?  Is it liquid or a bump?  Perhaps its pre-seminal fluid or semen?

If you are concerned, you should check with your doctor.
