small white pimple in penis shaft what is it??? worried

hi. i have somewhat of a problem that has me worried . i recently noticed what it seems to be a small pimple in my penis shaft, it didnt hurt, it was just there and it seem to be filled with some withe stuff. i showered and washed and it went away, no bleeding, no liquids, no discomfort. now today i notice the another small pimple also filled with some white sruff. same thing i showered and it went away. i was diagnosed with ngu, the doc. had me do a uretrhal swab test and it came out negative for std\s. i have read that it could just be pimples but i am beging to worry about it. there is no burning sensation nor pain in the area whre these things where. what could it be.could ot be just pimples. also i was diagnosed with a male yeast infection, which i believe i caught again because my gf did not finish her treatment. so is this something so serius . is this herpes, i have had none of the symptoms described.

Did your doctor order you a STD test that included herpes?
