sore in raphe

about 2 years i noticed this cut under my penis along the raphe btw my penis and scrotum. i with to see the doctor about it, he said it was a fungi infection and gave me a cream to apply on it, but it did not get healed. i have seen another doctor who said it was a fungi infection also he gave me a powder but nothing happened. its been there since , not healing and thank goodness its not increasing, what can i do

Have you been using the cream exactly as prescribed?  Do the symptoms even get better?
