sore testicle after oral

I am a married male. About 2 weeks ago I found my self at a gay establishment where I recieved oral from two other men and returned favor to one of them. No explanation for my stupid behavoir. About a week after incident I noticed soreness in right testicle. On the 10th day after episode I was tested for STD panel.  A day or so after that on one instance I noticed bloody spotting in underware and what appeared to be blood in tip of penis. Still have sore testicle. Today I found out that results were negative. Questions: Did I go for testing to early? Lab said that among other things they were testing for Gonorreah and Chlamydia. Would NGU show up in those tests? Should I be concerned?

Thanks Vance. You have put me at ease. Last night I noticed scrotum around right testicle was very swollen. This morning testicle still tender but swelling is down. No more signs of blood.

Blood like that might have something to do with kidneys. Gonorrhea and chlamydia testing at 10 days is more then fine. If you had NGU you would have symptoms and your symtpoms are not of that. I suggest seeing a Dr about the blood. The soreness might be in your head.
