sore throat after oral sex

It's been 6 days since I've given and received unprotected oral. So since then, my penis has been having this weird tingling sensation in the tip. No discharge and no pain while urinating. But it just feels uncomfortable.

The past 3 days I believe, my throat was starting to feel dry and I'm feeling pain in the right side of my throat only. I looked and saw just one white bump, not in the back of my throat, but close to it. its on the arch close to the tonsil. I kinda of feel some pressure in my right ear, but i'm not too sure yet.

I have a doctors appointment this thursday, but any thoughts on what this is. Is it just paranoia or i'm I sick??? Please help and advise.

Not common in the US. Maybe 20,000 cases a year.

One last question, then i'm off to the doctor.

How common is syphilis? I didn't notice any chancre on him or anything. So, is that a common std?

Most oral STD's don't have symptoms other then herpes, HPV and syphilis all of which would present with some kind of sore or bumps.

See a Dr if concerned.

Can't say for sure but people have reported a tingling sensation with NGU but also said they had that when nothing was wrong with them. That it was more mental then anything else.

Most likely it is anxiety related,
