spots

Hi, about 3 months ago i started developing small red spots around my genital area. This was where i had recently shaved and thought nothing of it. In the last month or two these have become bigger spots that when i squeeze some pop like a normal acne spot and others let out solid white lumps. Any ideas of what this might be and what i can do about it?

Sounds like pimples, especially if white "pus" is coming out (think about when you squeeze a whithead).  However, if you remain concerned, see a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis.
