std, anxiety or something else?
So around January 22 I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a certified sex worker. I was anxious at the time and last approximately 10 seconds into vaginal intercourse. I don't believe there was much if any skin to skin contact, but I can't be sure. I showered immediately after finishing put on lotion and tried to go to bed. The next day the sides of my scrotum started itching. I didn't notice any bumps though.
Anyway, about a week and a half ago I noticed red bumps along both my inner thighs. I do didn't notice any bumps prior to then (doesn't mean that they weren't there though). I got anxious and scheduled the whole range of tests, which I took at planned parenthood on tuesday. Sunday-Monday my scrotum started getting red and burning, itching and feeling kinda sweaty.
So, on Tuesday I'm super nervous I have herpes 2 and go to my appt. I took all the tests and the np took a look at my legs. Embarrassed, I didn't tell the whole story. Anyway, since Tuesday I have been an anxious wreak and have over analyzed everything. The urine test indicated I am negative for gonnaria and clamidia. However, the bumps have spread down to my knees and up the back of my thighs and butt. I also noticed a bunch of red bumps on both of my elbows. Further, my knees, inner thighs and butt feel a tingly/burning/needles sensation (one which somewhat subsides with application of an icepack) I have been using gold bond, anti bacterial soap, cortisone 10, and lotion all over.
Does this sound like an STD or is it my anxiety mixed with scabies or something else?

I was wanting to make sure everything was clear on the genital mound and so i trimmed it with a beard trimmer and found some red marks. The big one has a hair coming out of it. While im fairly likely it is foliculitis, can herpes come out under a hair too?

Hi, dosent match any std. Even with herpes, to get outbreaks in those areas would be from an old infection. New infection outbreaks would be at point of contact like the genital mound area. Sounds like a heat rash from your pants rubbing or from soap.
