std or normal?

Hi there! I'm a 23yo female in good health but I am really worried! Back in July 2011 I shattered my right foot.  While I was still in a cast,  a lymph node on the left side of my pelvic region swelled up and was tender. I have been trying to research and everything is kind of confusing and concerning. Is this a sign or symptom of hiv or another std, or could this have been caused by my broken foot even though it was the opposite side?

lymph node swelling after an injury is completely normal.

if you have had unprotected sexual contact, follow up with proper std testing at the proper times.
