i had sex with a prostitute and the condom broke.
this was about 3 months ago and a couple of weeks ago i noticed tiny little red spots that are under the foreskin of my penis at the bottom of th ehead of my penis. the bottom of my head is also looking a bit purple.
these spots are not painful or itcy cause no discomfort and no discomfort when urintaing.
i have tetsed neg for chlamydia and gonorea anyone know what this could be?
could it be a yeast infection?

It could be several things, e.g. yeast, fungus, bacteria, etc. It could be herpes. Go see a doctor soon so that they have a good chance to diagnose.
