std or not ?

I Had unprotected sex about 4 months ago. A couple days after I got a fever, and itchy small red dots on my penis. Doctor said it was candida (fungus) and prescribed me clotrimazole which I have been using for a about 2 and a half months .Since the unprotected encounter I have tested 3 times for std's and came back negative for all 3 times for all std's. My last STD check was 78 days after encounter. I also had a herpes select test done at 11 weeks which came back negative. I've never had any blister/sores appear since the encounter. But I am still having discomforting symptoms such as throbbing/soreness pain that comes and goes. I don't know how to describe the feeling well. And also a feeling like something bit or sting the tip of my penis, it feels like the feeling is coming from the inside of my penis. Its very awkward and uncomfortable Because it comes and goes. Doctors tell me the candida is gone but I feel like there is something else going on. I wanna know what this sounds like if anyone can please give me a legit medical answer ?

Is it conclusive for herpes as well. At 11 weeks after exposure. I've never had blisters either but I just wanna be sure that I'm good.

All I can tell you is your STD tests are conclusive, so this is not a STD for what you tested for.
