std oral sex risks

i would like to know the risk factos for no condom oral sex. (receiving) i was at a massage parlor three days ago where the woman licked my penis 3 times and placed it in her mouth for about 30 seconds. i did not ejaculate.  i am not from this country, so std testing, if the results are positive, will cause me to be deported. i can though by anitibiotics over the counter. i have no real symtpoms other than those for paranoia. is there a significant chance i caught an std? BTW i live in SE Asia.

Your risk is minimal for a number of reasons which include:
1.  Your partner was likely not infected.  Oral infections are relatively uncommon, even in commercial sex workers.  If she was not infected, you would not be.
2.  If she was infected, only a minority of exposures lead to transmission of infection
3.  You have no signs or symptoms.

There is no reason to take any antibiotics for this exposure.  If you did, cephalexin would be the wrong one.  Doxycycline or azithromycin would be preferable.  EWH
