Well, you might get better info from the men's health or urology forums. You are negative for all stds. I'm sure its terribly frustrating, and I wish I had some magic answers. :(
let me know what you find out about the wbc count.

The urologist did give me a prostate exam and said it was fine. Sometimes I feel like theres no hope and maybe I am crazy and just imagining these symtoms. my biggest fear is that I will somehow give my gf an std. We are trying to get past this in our relationship and this just seems to be a constant reminder. Anyways thanks for all your help.
NGU and NSU are the same thing. I'd wonder if you have non-bacterial prostatitis. You need to have a prostate exam.
They'll have the records - the law in most places is to keep them for 5 or 7 years.

I will look into the white blood cell count, the second time I went to see the doctor he did give me antibiotics for a what the called not specific urethritis but that didnt seem to do anything. Its not like I hurt all the time either sometimes when I masterbate I feel fine afterwords but its mostly noticed after having sexual intercourse or If I have coffee and pee alot during the day. The urologist did give me a prostate exam and said that it seemed to be fine. Is there certain bacteria that is untreatable, I just dont want to give my girlfriend an std we use condoms everytime. The urination frequency thing has happend in the past but I just feel to notice it more now. I will call the first doctor to find out the wbc count I hope they keep those records because it was almost 4 months ago. thanks
Oh and it does sound that the urologist was fairly dismissive.

Do you know what the white blood cell count was in your urine? There is something called NGU - a non-specific infection in your urethra, and one of the diagnostic criteria is elevated white blood cells.
If you can find out if the wbc count was over 10, give or take, then you should be treated for that. You can learn more about NGU at www.ashastd.org. You should also get a prostate exam to rule that out as a cause.

I went to see the urologist 3 months after I started feeling the symptoms. I am pretty sure they didnt do any specific std tests while I was there he said he looked at my urine and it seemed fine. It was over 2 weeks after the incedent that I got tested from a regular doctor for clamydia and gonhorea and then 6 weeks after that i got tested again for the same plus herpes and trich which all came back negative. The first time I got tested the doctor said something about finding a white blood cell in my urine but he was stumped as to the cause thats why I got sent to the urologist. I dont know a part of me feels like the urologist took some short cuts on my evaluation. But he assured me that he sees this all the time and that I was perfectly fine. I dont know what to do????
You should call the urologist and ask if they did any specific std tests. If they didn't, you should have them done.
How long after this incident did you go to the urologist? If it was less than 5 days, it was too early to test for stds anyway, so you'd need to retest.
Make sure they checked for white blood cells in your urine as well.
If your gf is having symptoms, she should get checked too - she might just have something like bacterial vaginosis, which would have nothing to do with your incident.
