Hi...so I just recently ended a relationship and I'm nervous about being tested. I had protected sex with my ex and condom broke. He's for sure he came in me. I've been tested for stds and mentioned he was too. My concern is I've been nauseated for about two months now and not going away. My knee has been hurting for Weeks now too. I ask him again if he was tested specially for HIV and he stated yes but he did mentioned he had protected sex prior to me. I got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and test were negative. I haven't yet been tested for syphilis and HIV and herpes. Does any of my symptoms sounds typical of HIV or herpes? Does ARS last for 2 months?

Hi and welcome. Hiv is not diagnosed by symptoms but by testing. Your symptoms would not be std related.
