std!????

Ok. So this last year after a breakup I went a little wild and was with a little over a handful of women. Last experience was prob January of this yr. I had no symptoms for months. Then maybe late March my right side of my scrotum felt like I was chafing. A week or so went by and eventually it covered my whole scrotum. It would get aggravated with sweat and itched, never noted any blisters or lesions it was just red and it felt like my skin toughened up and got thicker. I started to use some sort of fungle cream and slept naked. Until a week ago it still bothered me. Eventually it moved to the right side of my penis on the head (where my skin connects to the head but on the head not shaft) it only bothers me if it rubs clothing I can touch it and it don't bother me. The head is slightly red but barely noticeable in that spot I can also see maybe a few raised bumps. I went and got tested at a woman's center but don't know if they only tested me for gonorrhea and chlamydia hiv I was neg. I went to the doctor other day about week and half ago and she took one look at it quickly and said its not a std. After a week  or so of steroid cream it didn't alleviate the problem. On My scrotum I rubbed alcohol on it and it went away but is still on my penis.  I tried the same thing no result. Now last week or so I noticed a little itch on my anus. Usually after I use the bathroom sometimes I cause trauma and it bleeds from whipping. Today I attempted to look and noticed some yellow scab looking spots. This made me very nervous. I had no pain or anything with it and if I have any bleeding it is from toilet paper. Again I have not noticed any blisters or  lesions. I'm terrified of having something. I finally have a second chance with the one I love and I am nervous this is gonna mess it up. So summary multiple spots of aggravation, no obvious sores, no illness, no sex since Jan and this problem continuously for about 3 months

OK so I called the doctor to make another appointment. She doesn't want to see me they just want to do another med. So they are sending a script to the. Store unknown med at this time. The yellow areas around my anus don't feel like scabs and don't wipe off. This was found after the doctor visit. I am assuming she is still believing this is fungal but will that make yellow blotches around my anus? I'm nervous and now not sure what this medicine is or for.

HI, sounds fungal related but not from any std. If your starting over and had unprotected vaginal sex then get tested for all std for their protection.
