Hi, I have casaul contact with woman. I just gave her massage and touched her body all over. Except her private part. She did have some sore on her below nose. It has been 7 days now. Since then I have so far couple whitehead cyst looking pimple on my scrotum and below penis. I am worride that It might be mild case of hepres or mcv. So far no abnormal discharge. But this white head pimple showing up. What that could be. I had fatigue, body temp was 99.2. First can you tell me if it is mcv should be more than couple of pimples on scrotum or bunch. Or there could be very mild symptoms of herpes without clusters of pimples. And what are the chance that I could std by touching someone all over except private part, not including female breast. If there are any chance of any std what kind of std it would be? I greatly worry about acquiring mcv. I never had this whitehead pimples on my scrotum. Thank you for your help.

You cannot catch any STD by the kind of contact you describe.  Your description suggests your scrotum lesions are pimples, sebaceous cysts, prominent hair follicles, or some other normal skin variant. But of course I cannot tell; the only way to know for sure is to visit a health professional in person.  It definitely isn't herpes; it probably isn't molluscum; and whatever it is, you did not catch it during the exposure you describe.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
