i have a lump on the outside of my vagina, its a hard lump that doesnt discharge, but started off small last year and i thought that it would go away but its gradually got bigger, its become more inconvient than irratable as i can feel it.
I havent yet had it checked out as im very reluctant about seeing doctors ect.
then last week, i have developed little lumps, that feel like spots, arent discharging but i can notice them (near the opening of the vagina) they dont itch or overly irrate me but i notice them..
any ideas what this sounds like?

Going to the Doctor is exactly what you should do. The hard lump concerns me.
