stds causing same-night vomiting?

i gave&received oral sex, and stuck my falice in her vaginal oriface. i havent been tested recently, but im 99% sure i have/had herpes for a while.
i also was taking shots of vodka(grey goose) with redbull
i am also on high doses of armodafinil (300+ mg daily because yolo, it hasnt ever caused me issues except one say i took probably 3000mg over 4 days and i ended up paranoid as **** and sleepless...i drink whiskey with 300-600mg and i dont feel any problems besides im drunk so idk)

if it is relevant, i had extreme butterflies/anxiety the whole time, and it all started because i was extremely stressed from work.

she ended up staying over, and i went upstairs to get a blanket, when i got to the top of the stairs i knew i had to run to the bathroom and i vomited into the bathroom sink (it was all liquid) for about 10 minutes before i regained my composure, got the blanked and went down stairs.

i usually dont get hangovers, although if i drink a LOT it happens some times (when i say a lot i mean like 750ml of 100 proof to my self)

and today, i started off feeling okay. great focus on work and i felt great
its been ~9 hours since i woke up and i just got really weak feeling, thought "i probably need some food and a ciesta(nap)" and got up to get some food from the kitchen, ended up vomiting in the kitchen sink again except this time i ended up looking pale as **** (or maybe i looked like that the whole time?)

i guess what im wondering is, could i have gotten an STD which is causing this? or is it probably just nerves or stress or the combination of psychoactives?

Hi, vomiting is not a symptom of any std and no std causes vomiting.
