stretch marks on penis head

for the past year i've had a stretch mark on my penis head, it's red and i've got maybe two small others next to it, ive also been noticing small brown dots under skin on the low penis shaft. sometimes when i ejaculate when i havent ejaculated for a while, it comes out with some jelly bean looking things which makes it a little yellow colored.
i've always had protected sex so i dont know what it is i have or what to do about it.

Nothing you describe sounds like an STD and it doesn't sound like you are at particular risk for one anyway.
