i think the ringing in ur ear is from the music of the club but i could be wrong haha. and smell of odor could be something as serious as and an std or it could be just residue semen. But for the sake of your health, go visit your doctor.

Ringing in your ears isn't a sign of syphilis, nor is a smell. You should get it checked though - you could have an std or fungal infection.
