The anus contains bacteria. If it gets inside your penis into the urethra, it can sometimes cause an infection. This can happen from vaginal sex or oral sex as well. It does not mean that you caught an STD. We can have all sorts of infections in our mouth, intestines, urinary tract. For example the same virus (adenovirus) that causes the common cold can also infect your gastrointestinal or urinary tract. These infections can stick around for awhile and cause symptoms.
A swollen lymph node that is a symptom of HIV infection is usually generalized and not only in one lymph node and never try to diagnose a swollen lymph node yourself go to the doctor and then say it’s a swollen lymph node I thought I had one and ended up with nothing. I also never heard of a lymph node in the place your talking about.
1. There is no lymph node under your balls. Something else is swollen.
2. You need to get it checked out. It could be minor. It could actually be major, but not STD related.
