swollen labia

What would cause one side of the labia to be swollem with a very hard lump in it, especially when you have not had sex for months?

Well you don't have to have sex yesterday to have an STD... if  you've had unprotected sex before you are at risk for an STD and should get a full STD panel.

If you have had unprotected sex then this could be related to an STD, if not then this could be as simple as an ingrown hair... but you need to see your doctor as what your experiencing is not normal. you need a proper diagnosis.
