swollen lymph nodes (infection?)
Today I noticed that my ride side of my groin was extremely tender/painful around the lymph nodes, any idea what is causing it?
I have yet to have any other symptoms eg painful urination,discharge, tingling feeling, any lesions. So I have no clue as to what is causing it, however I did cut my shaft why shaving a couple of days ago but the cut has healed with no signs of infection.

If there swollen in that area, it means there trying to fight off something around that area.
recently received oral sex from my girfriend around 2 weeks ago, but have shown no symptoms of std prior (been out 5 months).
Swollen nodes can mean a lot of things, often not serious. I would give it a few days to see if it subsides. Did you have any sexual risk?
