symptomes of STD

ok, here is my question...

is it possible for a couple to be together for 5 years and have no symptoms what so ever and still be positive for an STD? i have been having some clear penis discharge for the last few days and am getting worried since it is not going away. i have been with  my girlfriend now for over 5 years...if anybody knows please help...and if the discharge can be anything else than an STD...i have no burning feeling while urinating...no pain in my testicles, nothing...just the discharge and an occasional iriitating feeling on the tip of the penis that feelis more like pain you feel when you bruse than anything else...please help...

5 years is a long time not to have any kind of issues with an STD.
It could be a new STD infection, it could be NGU which u can get from mouth bacteria when oral sex is performed on you. it could be prostate issues.

Best advice is to see a Dr at this point and get a proper diagnosis for what it is. If you get tested for STD's if any come back positive I would recommend retesting before taking medication just to be sure it was positive and not a false positive.
