Yes, you are overthinking it. STDs are not transmitted through clothing. No risk whatsoever.
thank you for your response doctor.
I m sorry for the confusion about my gender. it was the default setting when I signed up.
I agree that this was a low risk exposure however I am worried about the lap dances more. I always wear a condom when receiving a lap dance. I am also always fully clothed. but sometimes the condom comes off because of the heavy grinding on my crotch. I am worried that these is enough contact to cause a bacterial std infection over my clothes. I am confident that condoms form good barriers against std bacteria but clothe seems very porous.
am I overthinking all this?
Welcome to the forum. FYI, your MedHelp profile describes you as female -- which is what I thought until you mentioned your penis!
You are at absolutely no risk of any STD from this event. Hand-genital exposure or fingering carry no risk of STD of any kind, with or without condoms. Although this is the first time I have ever fielded a question about foot-genital exposure, obviously this also is zero risk.
Every male has moisture in the urethral opening, and it can be more prominent from vigorous massage and squeezing irritating your urethra. Keep your hands off and stop looking for a week; if no discharge appears on its own, just forget it. If discharge continues, get it checked out by a doctor or clinic. But should it turn out to be an STD, it would have to go back to the last time you had unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sex. You could not have caught anything from the massage event or your lap dances.
