No STD would produce those symptoms so soon. In general, oral sex is "safer sex." HIV is not a risk at all. Herpes and syphilis are very low risks - especially if you did not see any sores on his penis. Throat gonorrhea is also a very low risk. In other words, you have little to worry about with the situation you described. Even if the guy had an STD (and the odds are he did not), oral sex is not an effective way of transmitting STDs. If sounds like you are coming down with a cold or sinus infection. If you are still worried about STDs or any new symptoms pop up, you can see your doctor for an evaluation.
