symptoms... of what?

Hello.  I'm a foreigner living in Korea.  I vaginal protected sexual intercourse with a sex worker around Christmas 2009, and then I received unprotected oral sex from another sex worker (really long exposure) on january 21.  3 or 4 days aftar that, I started feeling pain in my inner thigh, bu I thought it was just stress about my work.  That pain later spread and now it reaches my left testicle. my whole left leg, and my lower back (my abdomen a little).  Exactly one week ago after lunch I got a very strong headache that didn't allow me to keep working.  That headache hasn't completely gone yet, it's still there, milder, but it's there.  I also have a rash in my hands; this last thing could be from the winter weather, bu it's still scary with all the other symptoms. Sore throar, ear pain and joint pain are also symptoms that I have,

I went to see a doctor on monday, and he ran a urine and a blood test on me.  He said HIV was not necessary to test and no other STDs either.  On tuesday he told me that I had high white blood cell count, so I needed a urine culture.  He also checked my testicles and said that the left one was 'tense', whatever that means.

My penis (circumcised) looks great, but the shaft hurts a little bit, and I get a tingling, but it's not really that painful.  I've been urinating alot, but without any kind of pain, and the color looks OK. No discharges.  No fever, at least not that I've noticed.

You guys are experts on this thing.  What are my symptoms telling you?  Do I have an STD, is it just stress, or do I have something else?

Thanks.  The doctor told me today that I tested positive for bacteria in the urine culture and he prescribed 6 tablets of azithromycin (250mg).  He told me to take two tomorrow, and one for another four days.  My plan right now is to do as he says and see what happens. In any case, I'll let you know.  Thanks for your help.

These symptoms are not STD related. Not sure what is going on but it is not a STD.
