symptoms won't go away after taking lots of medicines

Dear All,
i'm in the dark here.
seven weeks ago, i had unprotected sex with an ex-girlfriend, and five days after that i saw thick yellow discharge from the tip of my penis and smeared my boxers with it. i immediately went to a GP and he gave me co-amoxiclav 1g twice a day for a week. after the course the infection was still there, and i went to another doctor, who gave me a shot of ceftriaxone 1g iv, azithomycin 1g which i took in one dose, and ofloxacin, 300mg for 10 days, after we found out that i had clap. the thick yellow discharge was replaced with a cloudy, sometimes clear discharge. after that course, all the common symptoms are still there, white discharge in the morning with a consistent clear urine-like discharge all throughout the day, painful urination (which alleviates when i drink lots of water), burning itch in my urethra, and my left testicle has also started to swell. i went back to my GP and he gave me another round of azithromycin 1g, 2g metronidazole and a 10-day course of doxycycline, 200mg a day in a single dose. again i finished the course, but the symptoms won't go away. he gave me another round of azithromycin 1g. after that i had another 10-day doxycycline course together with 2g metronidazole. still the symptoms are there. i had urinalysis again and they found 1-2hpf of RBC in my urine. now he put me on norfloxacin 400mg twice daily for a week and gave me another shot of ceftriaxone 1g.
i've done some research and i know i've taken an awful lot of drugs enough to kill whatever i have in my system but still i have all of the symptoms, though the discharge won't pop out unless i squeeze/milk my penis/glans, and i start to feel lower back pain, though not constant. my left testicle is still swollen and is a bit painful, and my urethra still itches. could it be i have something else? how long and what does it take for all these symptoms to go away? my head is starting to spin because of this nightmare.
please, help...it would really be appreciated.
