I recently got tested, I tested negative for everything, yet I have to return to retake the HIV and syphilis test in 3 months. I had been feeling sick after a sexual encounter and that is why i took these exams.... it seems to me as if my body is still going through abnormal symptoms... my symptoms lean towards syphilis.... is there any way to know for sure on HIV and syphilis before the 3 months? I have also noticed loss of hair on my scalp, small patches, and my hair is thinner, also on some areas on my eye brawls... all the symptoms I have experienced have arisen after the sexual encounter, I don't feel healthy, yet the results have been negative so far (3 weeks after exposure)... I was sure to tell the doctor of the other symptoms I was experiencing yet she could not classify an std with such symptoms (symptoms after exposure: swollen rectum, lower back pain, pelvic pain, joint pain, head ache, flu like symptoms, over dried testicles, rash on my arms, cold sores on tongue and mouth, over dried eyes, and lips, loss of weight, loss of appetite, and now hair loss....please help some one.... I feel like I am on a dice roll 50/50.... syphilis or HIV.... I am so scared).
