syphilis RPR test accuracy

Hi folks, I had unprotected sex about 6 years back and
I am thinking of going for a syphilis test (I know its really
silly of me to wait all these years), I did some reading on
the RPR blood test and was concerned whether it will be
accurate enough to detect anti-bodies 6 years down the
line, some articles are saying this test is accurate only
in the middle stages of syphilis, can someone please
advise on whether RPR will be accurate in my case?
if not is there any other blood test I can go for?

Odds are that you wouldn't have been asymptomatic after the sex act. If you've not been tested for std's lately, go and get the whole shebang done , including herpes testing, so you know your full status for everything.

Why worry about syphilis of all std's?

IF THE RPR TEST  SYPHILIS ACTIVE / TPHA POSITIVE AND RPR NEGATIVE
IS THAT CAN CURE? IF CAN HOW? ALSO HOW LONG WILL TAKE FOR THAT?

But Still I am Not Clear, Long Before I had sex but untill now i didnt see any symptoms also i didnt efect with any sickness, just now for abroad vacancy i should go for this test, when i went they showing this result  (SYPHILIS ACTIVE / TPHA POSITIVE AND RPR NEGATIVE)

So This is I wants to know what is the condition of my result? Also There is Medicine or no? Please Can You Advice me
