syphilis question

I had unprotected sex on may 3rd... and I was treated for chlamydia with the 1g of azithromycin about 1 month after even thought the test was negative..... I was curious I seemed to have formed a small looking bump / ingrown hair down on my outer labia area. I was freaking out about syphilis. I know its fairly uncommon now but is there a possibility that I can get a chancre after a 3 month mark? everything i researched came up that its 9-90 days and I am past 90 days so why would I form one now?

thank you ! I am going to get full bloodwork next week anyway. But you made me feel better. Any way you know how common it is to catch syphilis for a hetersexual female in long island? I keep reading all different statistics and they are very confusing
