testing time frames

I just dont know how to think or feel anymore. I did some research and they tell me that HPV genital warts theres no way to test it in men. Hepatitis takes 3 months to show antibodies, Herpes 3 months for antibodies, Syphillis 3 months antibodies. HIV 3 months to be conclusive. The only STD's I feel confident I dont have is Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which I did a "swab" and urine test for a week and a half after exposure. After doing these research im so afraid that I have caught something. I posted a thread about 2 1/2 weeks back about visting a massage parlor where the condom had come off towards the end of intercourse. She claims that she tested the week before and that all came back negative plus she tests at least once a month if not two. I already had unprotected sex w/ my gf since the incident which I totally regret. But im obstaining from sex till the 3 month period to get tested. this is the first time I ever done something like this and to think I have to wait 3 months to be certain of my health. I tested the day after, a week after and everything came back negatve which I know is a baseline. Iplan to get tested at 3 weeks after the incident which is next week. Im so confused on how to feel about this whole thing. Can someone please reply or give me some feedback
