hey dr. hhh,   this is just a follow up.   on 11/5 i posted a question about hpv.   i explained to you my situation, but i failed to mention the following.  My penis turns red after masturbation, especially around the circumcised area, and there is a recognizable area of wrinkley skin.  Does this sound like hpv  I did not know that hpv is the leading cause of abnormal paps.  Should i let future partners know about my situation, should i get the spots burned off, or what.  i am at a loss here.  i trust your info, and would consider anything you had to say.

No, penile discoloration (after masturbation or not) doesn't signify HPV, nor does wrinkled skin.  Thanks for the trust, but the bottom line is you need to see a knowledgable health care provider (e.g., a dermatologist) and let him/her decide what treatment you need, if any.  In the meantime, I doubt you have anything that warrants disclosure to future sex partners.
