Is two days after an encounter where the condom broke long enough to get symptoms of an std ,symptoms included painfull urination, no pressure while urinating i had tests done as soon as the symptoms ocurred but all came back negative both a urine test and a swab would symptoms of an std show up that soon? also would the tests be acuurate at that time?

The symptoms might show up that soon, but testing might not be accurate at 2 days.

Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and NGU can take up to a week to show up on a test.
